What’s Included in Our Party Hire Package?

From $150 you’ll receive everything you need to get your party started. We want to take some of the stress of running a party for you, which is why we pick up and drop off all the equipment from Friday to Monday. With our pickup and drop off service, you can party on Friday night, recover and clean up on the weekend and return it the next week. How easy does that sound?

Our Slushy Machine Hire Includes:

A two-barrel slushy machine
A 5-litre mixing container
50 spoon straws
50 x 8oz cups
2 x 2-litre bottles of Granita concentrate which produces 22 litres once mixed
An additional 2 x 2-litre bottle of Granita concentrate will be given upon delivery just in case you need it! In the unlikely event that you’ll need extra product, each bottle is an additional $40 if opened.

Our slushy machines are great for either promotional events, birthday parties, weddings, pool parties, engagements and so much more! Our Granita concentrate range produces 66 litres per carton, which means you’ll have enough to keep the drinks flowing throughout the entire event.

Acknowledgement

The SLUSHY machine remains the property of Essential Equipment & Supplies at all times.
Only product approved by Essential Equipment & Supplies is to be used in the machine.
Slushy concentrate to be exclusively supplied by Essential Equipment & Supplies.

Terms

The machine is provided for hire.
The machine will be the responsibility of the hirer.
The machine is provided by Essential Equipment & Supplies with the agreement that only approved product supplied by Essential Equipment & Supplies is to be used in the machine.
The machine must be operated and maintained in accordance with instructions provided by Essential Equipment & Supplies.
The machine is the responsibility of the hirer at all times including during freight if picked up by the hirer.
From the hiring date of the machine until it is returned, any costs arising from accidental damage caused due to incorrect handling or total loss how so ever caused are to be borne by the hirer.
I hereby agree as the hirer that the slushy machine is in good working order.
I hereby acknowledge the above terms and conditions.

Additional Costs

Package includes – 2 barrel slushy machine – 2 x 2 litre bottles of Granita concentrate
If 99 % Fruit base concentrate is required, an additional total charge of $ 40 is required.
An additional 2 X 2 LITRE bottles of Granita concentrate will be given upon pick up or delivery which will be charged at $40/bottle only if opened.
OR
An additional 4 X 1 LITRE bottles of 99 % Fruit base concentrate will be given upon pick up or delivery which will be charged at $30/bottle only if opened.
Drop off and pick up service is available for an additional $80.
A fully refundable deposit of $120 is required upon pick up or delivery.
